Our Espresso Beans curated from countries all over the world. We carefully select our partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does Merch shipping cost?
General Merch Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping times vary: Typically 3 to 28 days to delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and shipping update of your purchase, Tracking numbers always provided.
Do you have Regular Coffee?
Our roast is currently sold in Fine ground or whole bean, for you to grind to your liking, whether that be a fine powder grind for espresso, or something more coarse to brew to your liking. our selection is roasted to the highest standards, at a regular single, double, and triple roast for light, medium, and dark roast coffee. {please see our blog:Unlock the Secrets of Coffee: A Guide to Grind Sizes}
Package Theft & Delivery

Package Theft & Delivery Responsibility Policy:
At sitfu espresso, we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.
Once your coffee leaves our roastery, it enters the care of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Because package theft has unfortunately become more common, we want to make our policy clear so you know what to expect and how to protect your order.
1. Delivery Responsibility
• Carrier Responsibility: The shipping carrier is responsible for your order until it is scanned as “Delivered” to your community mailbox, parcel locker, or doorstep.
• Recipient Responsibility: Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient, even if it is later stolen or goes missing.
• SITFU Responsibility: We will always ship to the address provided and provide tracking information, but we cannot be held liable for theft after delivery is confirmed.
2. If Your Package is Missing
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
1. Check nearby: Look around your mailbox cluster, porch, or with neighbors.
2. Wait 24 hours: Occasionally carriers scan packages early.
3. Contact your local Post Office or Carrier: They may be able to provide details on where the package was placed.
4. File a report:
◦ USPS Missing Mail Form: Submit online here
◦ USPS Theft Report: File a mail theft report
◦ Police Report: For stolen mail, also consider filing with local law enforcement.
3. SITFU Support:
• Replacements/Refunds: Because package theft occurs after successful delivery, we are unable to automatically replace or refund orders in these cases.
• Retailer Advocacy: If your package was insured or shipped through a retailer with coverage (Amazon, etc.), they may be able to issue a replacement.
• Insurance: Some homeowners’ and renters’ insurance policies cover package theft. Check with your provider to see if your order may be reimbursed.
4. How to Protect Your Deliveries
We encourage our customers to take proactive steps to reduce the risk of package theft:
- We Offer Norton Shopping Guarantee with Package Protection at time of purchase.
• Ship to a work address, trusted neighbor, or family member who is home.
• Utilize a P.O. Box or UPS Access Point® for added security.
• Ask your HOA or property manager to ensure community mailboxes are secure and maintained.
